My work is grounded in the development and integration of the Self across the lifespan.

People often seek therapy during moments when their sense of self has been challenged: adolescence, relationship struggles, parenthood, loss, divorce, career changes, the exploration of gender, sexuality, and identity, or other major life transitions.

Together, we explore how early relationships, attachment patterns, family systems, and lived experiences shape the way you understand yourself and relate to others.

The goal is not self-improvement or optimization. It is developing a more coherent, grounded, and authentic relationship with yourself and the people you care about.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than two decades leading creative teams and executives through periods of growth, uncertainty, and transformation. Much of that work involved helping people become more fully themselves in the face of pressure, change, and responsibility.

At the same time, I've spent the last twenty-two years raising two children into adulthood, an experience that has taught me more about human development, relationships, and resilience than any classroom ever could.

Today, my clinical work brings together graduate-level training in psychotherapy, direct work with neurodivergent children and their families, years of parent coaching and psychoeducation, and the lived experience of parenthood itself.

These experiences continue to shape my belief that growth happens within relationships, and that some of life's most meaningful opportunities for self-development emerge through the challenges of loving, raising, and caring for others.

Helping partners understand attachment patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen connection while maintaining a healthy sense of individuality.

Couples

Adolescents

Supporting teens as they navigate identity, emotional regulation, family relationships, independence, and the challenges of becoming themselves.

Parents & Parents of Neurodivergent Children

Supporting parents in general is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

I work with parents navigating the emotional realities of divorce, co-parenting, raising children with autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence. Parenting can be deeply meaningful, deeply demanding, and often both at the same time.

Together, we create space for the complexities of caregiving, advocacy, expectations, grief, resilience, relationships, and growth, while helping parents remain connected not only to their children but also to themselves.

Working with individuals facing major life changes, questions of identity, career shifts, relationship transitions, and the ongoing process of becoming who they are. I am particularly drawn to those whose lives have been shaped by marginalization, involvement with the justice system, gang culture, or other experiences that can obscure a person's deeper sense of self and possibility.

Adults in Transition

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and parents navigating the challenges of growth, relationships, identity, and change. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, attachment-based, and systems-oriented psychotherapy. Together, we explore the emotional and relational patterns that shape how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

Whether you’re navigating adolescence, parenthood, partnership, or a major life transition, I offer a relational space to better understand yourself and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
